Radish Soup 青红白萝卜煲鱿鱼干


My first recipe... Radishes are good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, folate and dietary fat. Personally i preferred pork muscle for this soup, just nice to go with plain rice and my Penang soya sauce!

































1 Carrot (peel, cut into bite size)
1/2 Bowl Radish (peel, cut into bite size)
1/2 Bowl Green Radish (peel, cut into bite size)
1 Dried Cuttle Fish (wash cut into 3)
1/2 Chicken (peel of the skin, chunk) Or 400 gm Pork Muscle (chunk)
1Whole Garlic
1.5 Water
600 ml Water
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

1. Bring the 600 ml water in a medium pot to boiled and place the chicken or pork into the pot. Cook for 5 minutes on medium fire. Then take out the chicken or meat, discard the water.

2. Bring the 1.5 litre water in a large pot to boiled, place green radish, cuttle fish and garlic and cook for 20 minutes. Then add in carrot, radish, chicken or pork and cook for 3 hour under small fire.

3. Add salt and pepper. Enjoy!

小女人的食谱

想把一些家常食谱和大家分享研究,那些可以捉住男人的胃的住家菜;那些可以稳住家婆的心的健康食谱;那些可以让好友羡慕的色香味。。。

手痒

荒废了我的blog也有一段时间了,没有什麽原因,就只有很好的藉口。忙!这麽简单!

最近不知何故很喜欢煮东西。
大家都知道我的正职是厨师,幸运的是我每天在都在做我兴趣的事。当我说最近很喜欢煮东西的时候,说的是正职之外事。

煮了一大锅的莲子雪耳百合山药汤,招待了好朋友,常客。

煮了马蹄玉米莲子露,满足了怀了孕的好友;还有两个感情世界空虚的朋友。

煮了破皮子蒸鱼,快炒鲜菇。满足了另一个怀了孕的好友和她的印度老公。

煮了青红白萝卜猪腱汤,满足了出差刚回来的男人。


添丁猪脚醋的香味已经弥漫着家里空气,希望明天大家会喜欢。。。

还想要煮粉蒸排骨,粉蒸肥肠,黑豆猪手汤,花生莲藕汤。。。

贪心的我还有一系列的甜品想要煮。。。

杨枝甘露
翻沙芋头
心太软
芒果捞
苹果拔丝
南瓜露
雪梨炖蜜枣
罗汉果木瓜

啊。。。我饿了!
